Each time you workout with us involves Aerobic and Anaerobic exercises designed to TONE MUSCLES and BURN FAT. This training will focus on CARDIO, CORE and STRENGTH that each individual can customize towards their own fitness level. These workouts will deliver the results you are looking for; fun and effective! Whether you’re looking to build your body, tone it up, and/or reduce, StrengthIn Me Fitness can get you there! Personal Training

Our 1-on-1 personal training sessions allow our certified trainers to give you the undivided attention you need to succeed and accomplish what you have set out to do.
Virtual Group Training
$21/wk
Live Streaming Fitness class that you can join through Zoom from anywhere you are via a smartphone / tablet / laptop. In case you miss a class we will email you the playback. 3x a week – Mondays Wednesdays Fridays – Noon (Est)
Boot Camps

Boot camps are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over 1 hour. We will always switch up the workouts so that you will get results and will have fun getting them!

Sports Specific
Our sport specific sessions allow our certified trainers to give you the undivided attention you need to succeed and accomplish what you have set out to do. Weight room, agility movements, speed drills, and explosiveness!
